Thralow, Inc., parent firm of http://www.binoculars.com, has announced purchase of the Web site http://www.spottingscopes.com.
The transaction took place Jan. 1. Purchase price was not disclosed.
Daniel Thralow, CEO of Thralow, Inc., said the transaction was in line with the firm’s strategy for increasing its lead in optics retailing, especially over the Internet.
A rapidly growing e-commerce firm, Thralow, Inc., operates 28 specialty Web sites.
